The following standard rates, terms, and conditions of use apply:

1)     Upon paying the listed or agreed rate(s) / fee(s), the sponsor will supply or provide Zeppelin / Real Estate Tech with the required and measurement-matching web banner(s) and / or logo(s) for uploading onto the relevant web sections or pages in our website www.real-estate-tech.com. 

2)     Zeppelin / Real Estate Tech will upload such web banners and / or logos within 7 days OR on a pre-agreed scheduled date, whichever is later, upon receipt of such relevant fee(s) and proper measurement-matching web banner(s) and / or logo(s) from the sponsor. The web banner and / or logo will be kept and run for the period agreed with and subscribed by the sponsor e.g. 3 months, 6 months etc counting from the date the web banner and / or logo is uploaded. IF NO START DATE is specified, Zeppelin / Real Estate Tech shall have sole discretion on deciding a start date for the web banner and / or logo. In the event the pre-agreed start date is missed, postponed, or delayed, for whatever reasons and irrespective of the responsibility on the part of Zeppelin / Real Estate Tech, the sponsor is deemed to have agreed to and accepted that another start date, to be no later than 7 days counting from the original start date, will be selected as soon as practicable for uploading the web banner and / or logo.  

3)     IMPORTANT: In the event that despite the receipt of the agreed fee and proper measurement-matching web banner and / or logo from the sponsor, the web banner and / or logo of the sponsor is not only not uploaded in the time agreed but is delayed or postponed for a prolonged period beyond 7 days from the original start date, for whatever cause or reason, and whether due to Zeppelin / Real Estate Tech or not, including but not limited to frustrations and failures caused by 3^rd parties e.g. the web hosting entity, the sponsor will be entitled to a full reimbursement of the fee(s) paid and received by Zeppelin / Real Estate Tech to date without interest or deduction. NO other damages, expenses, costs, compensations, reimbursements, and the like will be paid to the sponsor and NO claims or losses, financial or otherwise, will be entertained by Zeppelin / Real Estate Tech. The sponsor, via subscribing to one or more sponsorships, hereby signifies his / her agreement to and covenants to have accepted in full the terms and conditions contained herein. Zeppelin / Real Estate Tech may at their sole discretion terminate this service, or part thereof, without notice, and parties affected can only look forward to having the unused portions of their payments (already received and acknowledged by Zeppelin / Real Estate Tech / relevant authors) reimbursed without interest or deduction.

4)     NO guarantee of business / marketing / promotion / broadcasting / publication / web-traffic or other intended or desired results is hereby given whether implied, written, or otherwise, and Zeppelin / Real Estate Tech NEITHER assumes NOR takes up any responsibility or liability for errors, omissions, mistakes, negligence, and the like which may be contained in such web banner(s) and / or logo(s) OR for any related damages, losses, claims, and the like, financial or otherwise, which may arise out of the reference to such web banner(s) and / or logo(s).

5)     Zeppelin / Real Estate Tech may at its sole discretion decide NOT to accept the / any web banner(s) and / or logo(s) provided by the sponsor without giving cause or reason. Any money or deposit received would be reimbursed in full without interest or deduction.

6)     IMPORTANT: The sponsor also hereby agrees to indemnify Zeppelin / Real Estate Tech including staff members, executives, directors, shareholders, managers, assistants, professionals, associates, consultants, and the like, from such damages, losses, claims, and the like arising out of the content contained in the web banner(s) and / or logo(s).

7)     The relevant fees are to be settled via agreed means in full prior to uploading onto our website or web sections and pages thereof. The standard currency is the US$ though other major currencies may also be considered at the sole discretion of Zeppelin / Real Estate Tech.

8)     The laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) apply and irrespective of the geographical location of the requesting media, the point of sale is deemed and agreed to have been made in Hong Kong where Zeppelin is based.

9)     IMPORTANT: SHOULD ANY PROSPECTIVE SPONSOR NOT FULLY AGREE TO AND / OR ACCEPT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAINED HERE, SUCH PROSPECTIVE SPONSOR SHOULD NOT AGREE TO BEING SPONSORS.
