We currently publish a free quarterly real estate email-web-based newsletter in English in addition to a monthly real estate article email circulation. They focus on China / Hong Kong real estate markets and include other global markets for benchmarking or comparison purposes. These collectively feature articles and analyses written by our group or invited guest writers. They may also contain links to other useful web articles and websites. We are also planning to produce a similar circulation in Chinese.

SIMPLE STUDY SERIES: we have created and developed a series of simple studies dealing with specific real estate themes or monitoring market trends with a view to seek where feasible insights and angles which may have been missed by the general market AND / OR to challenge doubtful yet popular real estate notions. Statistical applications and numeric analyses are used where practicable.

CREIS CHINA REAL ESTATE REPORTS: in cooperation with the China-based Soufun Group, we have developed China real estate reports in English based on data and information supplied by Soufun / China Index Academy which is responsible for producing the prominent China Real Estate Index System (CREIS). Real Estate Professional Development, Education, and Training: we have from time to time been invited to deliver real estate talks and lectures to audiences from universities (the University of Hong Kong, the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, the City University of Hong Kong, the Chinese University of Hong Kong etc), professional institutes (the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors etc), and business associations (the Rotary Clubs, SMART Property Exhibition etc).
