CHALLENGING STUFF
Better Analysis, Wiser
Decision
We are from time
to time invited by
universities and business associations as invited speakers on topics
related to real estate. These include the University of Hong Kong, the
Hong Kong Polytechnic University, the Chinese University of Hong Kong, the
City University of Hong Kong, York University (Toronto, Canada), the South
China Technical University, and
the various Rotary Clubs. As such, we have also over the years built up a
relationship with the prominent business owners, professionals, and
academics whose work or research may be of tremendous value to
the present and future development of the real estate and building
industries and the commercial world at large.
We have invited
some of them to contribute their researches and analyses for
readers' enjoyment, especially those seeking
a higher level of intellectual challenge. By no means are the following
always easy to read, yet some of the best and brightest ideas in humankind
history all started out as some form of theories and hypotheses, and that
includes the airplane, the car, the telephone, the computer,
genetics, and naturally the internet. Dare you venture? (In random order):
