Zeppelin Real
Estate Analysis Limited is a Hong Kong-based real estate
consulting company involved in real estate development, investment, and management
in China including Hong Kong. We focus
on services related to asset management
such as Partners,
investment strategy, and portfolio monitoring, in addition to
supplementary services such as analysis frameworks,
computer applications, and real estate content development.
B) Our building consulting arm
Our sister company Zeppelin Property Development
Consultants Limited focuses on services related to project management (architectural
design, building cost budget and control, and construction contract
administration), facility management
(facility utilization assessment, facility strategy, and building
maintenance), and marketing management
(campaign planning, marketing strategy, and leasing / sales).
C) Scope of operations
Collectively, our projects span from
Hong Kong /
China to other parts of Asia and they include
residences, offices, retail
complexes, industrial facilities, and hotels / resorts. The total value
handled to date has been around US$6B.
D) Clients & customers
Our clients / customers comprise of
real estate developers, builders, investors, fund
managers, financiers, property owners, corporate occupiers,
multinationals, civic organizations, and professional groups from Hong Kong and abroad.
E) Office locations
We have offices in the following locations:
Hong Kong, Shenzhen,
and Beijing. While each office is designed to
operate independently, their resources can be pulled together should the
circumstances require.

We have throughout the years been
developing business and professional networks with counterparts in order
to enhance our service capabilities. We have liaison with
real estate service groups internationally which collectively cover
Europe, Asia, North America,
